興民智通(002355.SZ)與首鋼技術研究院簽署聯合實驗室共建協議
格隆匯12月6日丨興民智通(002355.SZ)公佈，公司(“乙方”)於2019年12月5日與首鋼集團有限公司技術研究院(“甲方”)簽署了《首鋼集團有限公司-興民智通(集團)股份有限公司聯合實驗室共建協議》(“《聯合實驗室共建協議》”)，雙方將持續“首鋼-興民鋼圈聯合實驗室”的各項合作，致力於世界領先產品的研發與測試。
首鋼技術研究院隸屬於首鋼集團，是國家級企業技術中心，是以鋼鐵新產品、新材料、新技術研究與開發為一體的科研單位。聚集了眾多的高層次人才，是推進首鋼科技進步的核心。
雙方同意共同出資成立“首鋼-興民鋼圈聯合實驗室”，並就合作意向達成初步協議。聯合實驗室為非獨立法人機構。
此次合作目的與合作範圍如下：建立具有國內領先，國際一流的鋼製車輪開發及檢測中心，滿足國內外車系對鋼製車輪的檢測要求，共同開發鋼製車輪新產品及車輪用鋼新產品並進入國內外高端用户。聯合實驗室致力於鋼製車輪的新材料、新工藝、新結構的研究，開發高強度、高疲勞壽命新型輕量化鋼製車輪，並配套開發高使用性能的車輪用鋼材料。與汽車主機廠、車輪標準委員會、高校及科研院所合作，開發中國版車輪雙軸疲勞試驗循環標準，開發適合中國道路載荷譜的試驗程序、專用車車輪循環程序。商用車車輪雙軸疲勞試驗的研究開發工作,如需與其他方合作，應另行簽署合作協議。
聯合實驗室承擔雙方合作研究項目；承擔甲方的實驗檢測任務，包括甲方下游用户產品的檢測、甲方產品應用技術研究等；承擔乙方的實驗檢測任務，包括乙方上、下游產品及材料檢測等；承擔第三方檢測服務。
此次共建協議的簽署使公司與首鋼集團進一步穩固了戰略合作伙伴關係，雙方立足自身優勢加強信息交流、加深上下游產業鏈的融合，加速公司鋼製車輪業務的拓展和產品的推廣，有助於公司核心技術能力的進一步提升，有利於實現公司產業整合升級和完善行業佈局的目標，符合公司未來的發展戰略。
