文化長城(300089.SZ)與華控高科簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯12月6日丨文化長城(300089.SZ)公佈，公司與華控高科有限公司(“華控高科”)於2019年12月6日在廣東省深圳市簽訂了《戰略合作協議》。
華控高科是以產業園運營投資和智能製造為主的綜合性產業公司。其致力於打造全方位、多業態的基於產業園的資產管理與運營平台，與區域政府和社會資本參與產業發展和項目投資建設，培育優質企業，積極佈局跨境電商產業園和文化產業園，致力成為產業園區高科技化的引導者，擬引入“產業互聯網”的概念，為產業園區注入新動能，使傳統產業園通過“互聯網+”進行轉型與升級。
華控高科旗下東方產業園，是中國(杭州)跨境電子商務綜合試驗區建設領導小組認定的跨境出口示範園區，在跨境電商產業園的生態建設與園區運營商業模式的創新中積累了豐富的經驗，其“一園一校一倉一站”的園區商業模式具有推廣價值，對引領傳統制造業轉型升級、大學生創業就業、供應鏈金融服務等方面均可發揮作用。
文化長城為國內首家上市的創意藝術陶瓷企業，是一家集中高檔創意工藝、日用陶瓷設計、研發、製造、銷售為一體的大型陶瓷企業。公司產品生產及營銷可合理嫁接於華控高科跨境電商產業園模式，因此雙方具有極高的契合度。
基於協議雙方廣泛的合作空間，根據國家相關法律法規，雙方本着“全面合作、共謀發展、互利共贏”的原則，充分發揮協議雙方的優勢，擴大合作領域，深化合作內容，雙方經協商一致簽署了《戰略合作協議》。合作內容如下：
1、為體現雙方合作共贏，華控高科將積極參與文化長城紓困中。華控高科將其成熟的跨境電商模式輸出至文化長城，雙方共同建立跨境電商產業園，助力文化長城傳統藝術陶瓷產業的再次騰飛及持續發展。2、為降低文化長城短期流動性壓力，華控高科將在合適的時點為文化長城注入流動性，並積極化解應收賬款長期擱置的困境。3、在文化教育領域，雙方將積極開展重資產與輕資產結合的經營模式的探索。4、雙方建立良好的溝通機制，採取多種形式及時溝通，解決合作中出現的問題，共同推進合作。
此次與華控高科達成戰略合作意向，符合公司發展戰略，有利於雙方充分發揮各自優勢，實現合作共贏，助力公司傳統藝術陶瓷產業的再次騰飛及持續發展，能為華控高科帶來投資機會的同時為公司紓解困境。
此次《戰略合作協議》的簽訂短期內不會對公司業績產生重大影響，後續待雙方明確具體合作事宜後，對公司未來發展具有積極意義和推動作用。
