宣亞國際(300612.SZ)與中興通訊簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯12月6日丨宣亞國際(300612.SZ)公佈，5G是我國的國家科技戰略，5G的行業應用具有廣闊前景。公司與中興通訊股份有限公司(“中興通訊”)同意充分發揮各自領域的人才、資源、技術、產品及市場優勢，開展全方位的合作，形成全面戰略合作伙伴關係。雙方本着“優勢互補，合作共贏”的原則，經友好協商，於2019年12月6日在北京簽署《戰略合作框架協議》。
雙方同意將對方作為全球5G戰略發展合作伙伴,同意按戰略協議的約定來推進如下合作。
1.雙方約定：共同研究5G、雲計算、大數據、人工智能、雲視頻、虛擬增強現實技術在廣電、金融、保險、證券、港口、能源、汽車、醫療等行業的深度融合解決方案，在方案制定、試點示範、戰略客户拓展、項目推進、成果交付、營銷科技服務等層面進行全方位合作。
2.雙方約定：利用中興通訊在5G技術與產品方面的優勢以及宣亞國際在產業整合營銷策略上的優勢，雙方共同研究基於5G技術的內容、傳播、數據、營銷等應用場景；基於5G網絡建設、5G創新應用場景研究及相關標準、課題的申報等方面進行深度合作；加快5G創新應用的研發和商業化進程，共同打造5G行業應用示範。
3.雙方約定：中興通訊利用自身的4G、5G、SDN/NFV網絡實驗室，為雙方及其合作伙伴的前瞻性場景應用項目提供測試環境。
4.雙方約定：加強全方位品牌建設與整合傳播合作。作為戰略合作伙伴，雙方在實驗演示、峯會、展會、研討會、社交傳播、國際傳播中互相支持與提升品牌；雙方在對外宣傳合作成果時需經對方同意，合規地帶上對方品牌。
雙方均應按中國法律法規保護該協議框架下對方的產品或技術方案的知識產權。雙方承諾，在合作中不侵犯第三方的知識產權，同時，在合作協議成果中也不涉及或非法使用第三方的知識產權。
通過該協議的簽署，宣亞國際與中興通訊確立戰略合作關係，有利於雙方優勢互補、相互促進，符合公司發展戰略。該協議屬於合作雙方為加強戰略合作而簽署的框架協議，具體項目合作事宜將根據實際情況，在該協議基礎上，另行簽署具體項目合作協議。該協議的簽署對公司的業務獨立性無重大影響；因該協議是戰略合作框架協議，並非正式合同，具體項目合作協議尚未簽署，暫時無法預計對公司本年及以後年度經營業績造成的影響。
