易華錄(300212.SZ)擬與無錫名揚共設江蘇無錫城市數據湖項目運營公司
格隆匯12月5日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，公司擬合作投資建設江蘇無錫城市數據湖項目，通過城市數據湖的建設，為樑溪區引入大數據產業，推動城市發展和產業轉型，實現樑溪區在城市建設、經濟發展的彎道超車，真正成為立足樑溪、服務江蘇、輻射華東的數據強區。無錫數據湖產業園項目一期總投資約10億元，易華錄和無錫名揚投資有限公司(“無錫名揚”)將共同成立無錫數據湖信息技術有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準。“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資金擬定為3億元人民幣，易華錄出資1.47億元，持股比例為49%；無錫名揚出資1.53億元，持股比例為51%。
無錫數據湖信息技術有限公司(暫定名，以工商登記為準)主營業務：數據湖基礎設施服務(光存儲、磁存儲、雲主機、安全)、數據運營服務。

無錫數據湖為易華錄“華東數據湖體系”的重要戰略支點，與徐州、姜堰兩湖一道，共同打造形成“多點融合、聚點成面”的省級數據湖基礎設施；同時，在行業、應用特色上，公司將重點圍繞無錫市第二產業和第三產業經濟轉型升級和智能製造兩大重點，以新一代信息技術、生物醫藥、新能源等先進製造行業為重點服務方向，聯合生態合作伙伴，將無錫城市數據湖項目打造為全國“工業大數據”基地，通過結合大數據與先進製造業，將無錫市塑造為全國乃至全球製造業數字化轉型的典型城市。
