中科信息(300678.SZ)子公司成都中科完成變更註冊資本及經營範圍
格隆匯12月5日丨中科信息(300678.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月5日召開第三屆董事會第四次會議、第三屆監事會第三次會議，審議通過了《關於向全資子公司增資的議案》，同意向全資子公司成都中科信息技術有限公司(“成都中科”)增加註冊資本共計人民幣5400萬元。此次增資後，成都中科的註冊資本由人民幣600萬元增至人民幣6000萬元，公司仍持有成都中科100%股權。
近日，公司收到成都中科的通知，因業務發展的需要，在變更註冊資本的同時增加了經營範圍，且已完成了工商變更登記手續，取得成都高新技術產業開發區市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》(統一社會信用代碼：91510100MA61T0349K)。
變更前：註冊資本陸佰萬元整；經營範圍：信息系統集成服務、信息技術諮詢服務、數據處理和存儲服務；軟件開發；電子產品研發、生產(生產行業另設分支機構或另擇經營產場經營)；銷售計算機及通訊設備(不含無線廣播電視發射及衞星地面接收設備)、電子設備及元器件、計算機軟硬件；計算機系統集成；涉密信息系統集成(憑資質許可證在有效期內經營)；建築智能化工程、安防工程、防雷工程、電子設備安裝工程、通信線路和設備安裝工程、電子與智能化工程設計、施工(工程類憑資質許可證經營)。(依法須經批准的項目、經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後：註冊資本陸仟萬元整；經營範圍：信息系統集成服務、信息技術諮詢服務、數據處理和存儲服務；軟件開發；智能化管理系統開發應用；人工智能基礎資源與技術平台；人工智能行業應用系統的開發、銷售、技術服務；無人機研發、銷售、技術服務；電子產品研發、生產(限分支機構在工業園區內從事經營)、技術服務；銷售、租賃：計算機及通訊設備(不含無線廣播電視發射及衞星地面接收設備)、電子設備及元器件、計算機軟硬件；計算機系統集成；涉密信息系統集成(憑資質證書在有效期內經營)；計算機通信工程設計、施工(憑資質證書經營)；建築智能化工程、安防工程、防雷工程、電子設備安裝工程、通信線路和設備安裝工程、電子與智能化工程設計、施工(工程類憑資質許可證經營)；電信業務代理；儀器儀表、教學模具的技術服務；房屋租賃；(依法須經批准的項目、經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
除上述事項外，《營業執照》其他登記事項保持不變。
