美銀美林:升世房(0813.HK)目標價至34港元 評級“買入”
美銀美林發表研究報告,指世茂房地產(0813.HK)
的基本面穩固,未來有望重估,主因其今年重新定位為首十名的房地產開發商,規模較大的開發商通常會在該行業獲得較高的估值。
該行指,集團銷售增長高於同業,預期未來將可進一步強化其地位。此外,預期2021年經常性盈利增長至超過100億元人民幣,內部管治亦有所改善。
該行指,公司的短期催化劑包括12月強勁的銷售表現、分拆物業管理公司上市,長遠則是融資成本穩定下降,該行將其目標價由29港元升至34港元,相當於2020年市盈率預測7.5倍,評級重申“
買入
”。
