利羣股份(601366.SH):2019年淨利預增35%到50%
格隆匯12月4日丨利羣股份(601366.SH)發佈2019年年度業績預告,公司2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計約為2.72億元到3.02億元,同比增加約7000萬元到1億元,同比增長約35%到50%。
扣除非經常性損益事項後,公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計約為2.25億元到2.55億元,同比增加約4000萬元到7000萬元,同比增長約22%到38%。
公司預計2019年度業績增長,主要因公司主營業務增長情況良好,預計營業收入同比增長約10%到12%,毛利增加約3.8億到4.4億元,同比增長約15%到17%。一方面隨着公司2018年併購的樂天華東區門店(已更名為“利羣時代”)開業並逐步運營,利羣時代銷售收入穩步增長,虧損逐步收窄;另一方面公司原有區域門店及批發公司銷售規模和業績持續增長,帶動公司整體業績增長。
