艾伯科技(02708.HK)與陽春衞生健康局就5G業務孵化等方面開展合作
格隆匯12月4日丨艾伯科技(02708.HK)公告，於2019年12月4日，公司附屬公司深圳市艾伯通信有限公司與陽春市衞生健康局響應國家醫療一體化的號召，以服務醫改、惠及民生為目標，通過聯動聯通系統集成有限公司(聯通集成公司)的雲網協同優勢，在5G網絡環境建設、5G業務孵化等方面開展戰略合作，助力5G技術在陽春市智慧醫療行業及醫聯體深入應用，為陽春市羣眾創造更加高效便利的健康醫療服務。
雙方同意，在本項目實施前，雙方將努力創造條件以推動簽訂具有約束力的合作合同等協議。項目合同具體條款待雙方協商達成一致。雙方希望通過簽訂戰略合作協議諒解備忘錄記錄本項目目前的狀況，本項目具體內容經過隨後談判由雙方簽署的項目合同最終確定。
陽春市智慧醫療╱醫聯體5G通信專網組網項目由陽春市衞生健康局牽頭組織、財政投入，由聯通集成公司聯合艾伯通信承建，並有效接入中國聯合網絡通信有限公司5G核心網。艾伯通信充分運用自主技術的5G核心設備及解決方案低成本的優勢，為陽春市智慧醫療╱醫聯體(包括陽春市人民醫院、陽春市婦幼保健院、陽春市中醫院，以及超過15個下屬鄉鎮衞生院等)建設擁有5G超高速率、超大帶寬和低時延的網絡特點的5G通信專網組網項目(包括陽春市智慧醫療╱醫聯體遠程醫療5G通信專網組網、各醫院╱衞生院5G通信專網組網)；並通過聯動廣東省級醫院及其他知名醫院、知名醫科大學╱科研機構、導入優質醫療醫師資源，助力各方共同實現智慧醫療服務，共同推動遠程會診、遠程超聲、遠程手術、應急救援、VR╱AR遠程示教、遠程監護、智慧導診、移動醫護、智慧院區管理、AI輔助診療等醫學應用在陽春市各大醫院的落地。陽春市智慧醫療╱醫聯體5G通信專網組網項目擬於2020年6月30日前完成5G通信專網組網設備交貨、2020年8月31日前完成5G通信專網組網設備的安裝調試並有效接入中國聯通5G核心網絡。
通過搭建5G手術示教與教學質控平台，聯動廣東省級醫院及其他知名醫院、知名醫科大學╱科研機構，實現面向全市醫院的手術業務展示與教學，提升全市醫院手術水平。
