市传美国将重新考虑将华为踢出金融体系
据《路透》引述三名消息人士透露,美国总统特朗普政府今年稍早时间一度考虑将内地电讯设备商华为踢出美国金融体系,将华为列入美国财政部的指定制裁名单(Specially Designated Nationals(SDN)),但该项计划最後被搁置。
但知情的人士称,上述计划可能於未来将被重新提出,此取决於华为的事态发展。消息人士称,白宫国家安全委员会曾考虑过该项计划,许多官员将之视为处於制裁华为的政策工具最顶端的核选项。若一家公司被列入指定制裁名单,此公司就几乎不可能以美元完成交易。
