华懋推西半山租务项目「大学阁」 首批月租8.8万元起
华懋集团推出位於西半山的租务项目「大学阁」,租务部副总监梁力宏指公司花逾10亿元重建相关项目,整个屋苑有75伙,当中有3伙为特色户,首批将以较吸引的价钱推出当中14伙招租,相关单位面积约1,600尺,分别为四房两套及三房两套的间隔,首批月租8.8万至9.6万元左右,价钱较同区低约一成。
华懋集团行政总裁蔡宏兴指项目地理位置好,故有信心,强调非因空置税而作出相关租务安排。他指出今年上半年楼市升约9%至10%,而下半年受不同社会事件影响楼市有所放慢,估计今年楼价将回落至年初水平,而之後楼市发展亦会较慢,但对未来香港发展及前景仍然有信心,相信随着社会气氛楼市会稳定下来。
他又指虽然香港经济呈负增长,现时挑战性亦较大,但认为股市及基本经济因素等仍然不差,相信香港有较强的复苏能力。至於新地(00016.HK)早前中标西九高铁商业地,并拟邀策略夥伴合作,蔡宏兴指不便评论会否参与,但认为项目规模大,反映香港实力雄厚的发展商对前景仍然有信心,料香港中长线发展仍理想,在选择项目方面公司重视竞争力,对市区的商业及住宅项目均有兴趣。
