依米康(300249.SZ)與騰龍控股簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯11月29日丨依米康(300249.SZ)公佈，公司與深圳騰龍控股股份有限公司(“騰龍控股”)於2019年11月28日在北京簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。公司作為騰龍控股及其子公司的優選戰略合作伙伴，雙方將在數據中心領域展開更加深入的合作，全面為騰龍控股的全國佈局與快速發展提供強有力的支持，確保為客户提供更加優質的服務。
騰龍成立於2015年，定位於新一代雲計算數據中心的投資、建設與運營，主要為大型互聯網公司、金融機構、政府企業提供全球分佈式數據中心專屬定製服務。
騰龍成立以來，業務規模快速發展，數據中心機櫃增長規模及未來規劃總量均處於行業領先地位，目前正在北京、上海、廣州、重慶、武漢等地規劃建設多個大型雲計算數據中心，機櫃規模超過10萬架，騰龍所有數據中心均按照國家A級/國際T3+標準，採用一流的設計、一流的設備、一流的技術和運維服務建設與運營。騰龍控股以及子公司為國內在核心區域目前擁有可建數據中心資源的最多的公司，預計未來3-5年的機電設備投資總額不低於200億元人民幣。
此次合作方式為依米康作為騰龍優選承包商，為騰龍及其子公司數據中心項目提供總承包服務；依米康作為騰龍優選的精密空調和軟件品牌，為騰龍控股集團及其子公司優選合作品牌。
公司作為國內領先的雲服務基礎設施全生命週期管理方案專家，擁有覆蓋關鍵設備、智能工程、物聯軟件及迭代升級智慧服務四大業務線的完善產業佈局，能夠提供真正系統可靠安全和節能高效解決方案。近年來相繼服務於萬國成都數據中心、光環新網“房山綠色雲計算數據中心”、騰龍亦莊數據中心等多個數據中心項目，具有豐富的雲計算數據中心建設和運維管理成功經驗。
騰龍控股作為一家專業深耕數據中心專屬定製服務市場的公司，目前有超過10個大型數據中心正在規劃建設中，於2019年11月28日與包括摩根士丹利亞洲、中國南山集團、開元城市發展基金、海通恆信、華能景順羅斯等在內的多家投資機構達成合作意向，騰龍控股A輪融資簽約金額高達260億元，為IDC行業最高融資額。
公司2018年的營業收入約13.7億元，騰龍控股預計未來3-5年的機電設備投資總額不低於200億元人民幣，基於騰龍控股的業務規模及公司業務能力，預計此次戰略合作，將會對公司未來業績產生積極影響。
另外，截至目前騰龍數據應收賬款餘額約22,985.76萬元，截止2019年三季度末，公司計提騰龍數據壞賬準備約1516.81萬元。受益於騰龍控股A輪成功融資，將對騰龍數據應收賬款的回收產生積極影響，同時在未來雙方業務合作過程中可能因墊資減少，從而改善公司現金流狀況，繼而提升公司的經營能力。
