金龍機電(300032.SZ)：温州中院將司法處置金龍集團及其一致行動人所持3500.77萬股
格隆匯11月29日丨金龍機電(300032.SZ)公佈，公司於近日收到《浙江省温州市中級人民法院函》(2019)浙03執2065號(“通知函”)，獲悉浙江省温州市中級人民法院(“温州中院”)將司法處置金龍控股集團有限公司(“金龍集團”)持有的約3300.77萬股公司股票(佔公司總股本比例為4.1097%)及金龍集團一致行動人金美歐持有的200萬股公司股票(佔公司總股本比例為0.2490%)，上述股票均為無限售流通股。
根據《上市公司大股東、董監高減持股份的若干規定》、《深圳證券交易所上市公司股東及董事、監事、高級管理人員減持股份實施細則》相關規定。温州中院將在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的三個月內，即2019年12月23日至2020年3月20日期間，通過集中競價方式減持金龍集團持有的公司800萬股(佔公司總股本比例為0.9961%)股票。在任意連續九十個自然日內，金龍集團以集中競價方式減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的百分之一。
此次温州中院擬司法處置金龍集團持有的公司股票數量為約3300.77萬股，佔公司總股本比例為4.1097%，此次司法處置完成後，金龍集團仍持有約1.33億股公司股票，佔公司總股本比例為16.5090%。
此次温州中院擬司法處置金美歐持有的公司股票數量為200萬股，佔公司總股本比例為0.2490%，此次司法處置完成後，金美歐仍持有2882.5萬股公司股票，佔公司總股本比例為3.5889%。
截止公告披露日，金龍集團持有公司約1.66億股股票，佔公司總股本比例為20.6187%。金龍集團持有的公司股份處於質押狀態的股票數量為約1.66億股，佔其所持公司股份總數的99.9749%，佔公司總股本比例為20.6135%；金龍集團持有的公司股份處於司法凍結狀態的股票數量為約1.66億股，佔其所持公司股份總數的99.9996%，佔公司總股本比例為20.6186%。
截止公告披露日，金美歐持有公司3082.5萬股股票，佔公司總股本比例為3.8379%。金美歐持有的公司股份處於質押狀態的股票數量為3082萬股，佔其所持公司股份總數的99.9838%，佔公司總股本比例為3.8373%；金美歐持有的公司股份處於司法凍結狀態的股票數量為2600萬股，佔其所持公司股份總數的84.3471%，佔公司總股本比例為3.2372%。
