三木集團(000632.SZ)：盈科創新等交易對手方合計增持4.94%股份
格隆匯11月29日丨三木集團(000632.SZ)公佈，公司與盈科創新資產管理有限公司(“盈科創新”)、青島金水金融控股有限公司(“青島金水”)、孫武、平潭達源創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“平潭達源”)、賴滿英和劉健(統稱“交易對手方”)簽署的《關於青島盈科匯金投資管理有限公司之股權轉讓協議》，交易對手方或其指定的關聯方應當在取得全部股權轉讓價款之日起6個月內，將取得的股權轉讓價款扣除税費之後的款項，全部用於購買及增持公司的股票。
公司於2019年11月29日接到交易對手方的通知，截止2019年11月29日，盈科創新指定全資子公司廣西貝塔投資控股有限公司(“廣西貝塔”)通過深圳證券交易所交易系統以集中競價的方式增持公司股份，累計增持金額為9233.8566萬元；
截止2019年11月29日，盈科創新一致行動人賴滿英通過深圳證券交易所交易系統以集中競價的方式增持公司股份，累計增持金額為992.3984萬元；
截止2019年11月29日，盈科創新一致行動人平潭達源通過深圳證券交易所交易系統以集中競價的方式增持公司股份，累計增持金額為703.0962萬元；盈科創新指定的廣西貝塔、賴滿英、平潭達源合計增持金額為1.0929億元，合計持股1838.0624萬股，佔公司總股本比例為3.95%；
截止2019年11月29日，劉健指定興馳一號私募證券投資基金通過深圳證券交易所交易系統以集中競價的方式增持公司股份，累計增持金額為317.6860萬元；
截止2019年11月29日，孫武指定興馳一號私募證券投資基金通過深圳證券交易所交易系統以集中競價的方式增持公司股份，累計增持金額為866.8489萬元；
截止2019年11月29日，青島金水指定興馳一號私募證券投資基金通過深圳證券交易所交易系統以集中競價的方式增持公司股份，累計增持金額為1732.1581萬元。
此次增持計劃實施前，交易對手方未持有公司股份。此次增持後，交易對手方合計持有公司股份2298.7626萬股，佔公司總股本比例為4.94%。交易對手方將在約定期限內繼續推進此次股票增持計劃。
