長江傳媒(600757.SH):擬掛牌轉讓海豚傳媒27%股權 底價1.2億元
格隆匯11月29日丨長江傳媒(600757.SH)公佈,公司全資子公司長江少年兒童出版社(集團)有限公司(“長江少兒”)擬通過湖北華中文化產權交易所公開掛牌轉讓其持有的海豚傳媒股份有限公司(“海豚傳媒”)27%股權,掛牌底價為1.2015億元。
海豚傳媒成立於2005年,註冊地址為武漢市,法定代表人何龍,主營書刊發行、卡通及動畫產品設計製作、幼兒玩教具研發與生產製作、版權代理等業務,註冊資本為人民幣6600萬元,公司全資子公司長江少兒持有海豚傳媒51%股權。
