據報中國擴大不良資產證券化試點 渣打及四大AMC上榜
據外電引述知情人士稱,面對內地不良資產持續上升,中國監管部門將不良資產證券化的試點範圍從18家增加至40家機構,最新入圍有四大國有資產管理公司(AMC)以及渣打銀行。
該報道指,不良資產證券化的試點範圍將涵蓋中國華融(02799.HK)、中國信達(01359.HK)、東方資產及長城資產的四大資產管理公司,成為首次納入名單的非銀行類機構;渣打銀行亦成為首家被納入的外資銀行。此外,新納入名單的機構還包括多家城商行、農商行等銀行類機構。
