昌兴国际(00803.HK)两附属遭入禀索偿 涉共逾3,400万美元
昌兴国际(00803.HK)公布,於上周五(22日),公司收到两份由香港高等法院原讼法庭发出的传讯令状。
在该两份令状中之原告人王道商业银行(前称为台湾工业银行)向公司两间间接全资附属公司鼎成企业及昌盛物料澳门,就垫付予该等之银行融资,分别申索421万美元及3,007万美元之本金额连利息。
公司目前正寻求有关上述诉讼之法律意见,认为上述法律程序并不影响公司正常营运。
