格隆匯11月28日丨波司登(03998.HK)公佈,截至2019年9月30日止6個月,公司收入增加28.8%至約人民幣44.36億元,公司權益股東應占溢利上升36.4%至約人民幣3.43億元,毛利率提升1.2個百分點至43.5%;每股盈利3.23分,中期股息每股普通股3.0港仙。

品牌羽絨服業務仍為集團的最大收入來源,期內錄得收入約為人民幣2,533.0百萬元,佔總收入的57.1%,同比上升42.9%;貼牌加工管理業務錄得收入約人民幣1,348.8百萬元,佔總收入的30.4%,同比上升21.9%;多元化服裝業務錄得收入約人民幣48.6百萬元,佔總收入的1.1%,同比上升86.9%。

於2019年9月30日,集團羽絨服業務的零售網點總數較2018/19財年底淨增加533家至5,161家;自營零售網點淨增加294家至1,922家;第三方經銷商經營的零售網點淨增加239家至3,239家。其中,波司登品牌羽絨服較2018/19財年底淨增加429家至3,872家。集團自營和第三方經銷商經營的零售網點分別佔整個零售網絡的37.2%和62.8%。在該集團品牌羽絨服業務的總零售網點中,25.5%位於一、二線城市(即,北上廣深及省會城市),74.5%位於三線及以下的城市。

在2019/20財年上半年,該集團旗下全品牌線上銷售收入達約人民幣304.7百萬元,同比上升70.9%。品牌羽絨服業務及女裝業務期內線上銷售的收入分別約為人民幣263.0百萬元及人民幣34.0百萬元,分別佔到品牌羽絨服業務、女裝業務收入的10.4%及6.7%。按銷售類別劃分,線上銷售的自營和批發收入分別約為人民幣129.6百萬元及人民幣175.1百萬元。

在品牌形象升級板塊,波司登品牌整合全球優質資源製作品牌廣告片視頻、品牌形象大片,通過有創意的拍攝製作,有效推動品牌視覺形象的升級。在公關事件升級模塊,波司登品牌自2019年4月起,持續深化競爭戰略,通過公關傳播在行業中持續發聲,為築高品牌勢能蓄勢。2019年5月參與中國品牌日及戛納電影節amfAR晚宴;2019年8月出徵加拿大國際服裝展進一步夯實了波司登的行業地位。

根據益普索(Ipsos)報告,從2018年至今,波司登品牌的各項指標都保持良性提升。在最近一次的波司登品牌健康度調研中,雖然當時尚未進入羽絨服熱銷季節,但消費者對波司登的認知指標依然在較高的位置。波司登品牌的第一提及率為60%,首次提示後提及率達94%;NPS(淨推薦值)達50;美譽度達8.72;同時有66%的消費者在提及羽絨服專家的時候,第一時間聯想到波司登,以上數據也進一步表明了波司登品牌及專家定位在消費者心目中的良好認知。
