任子行(300311.SZ)擬向成都鏈安增資1000萬元 積極推動區塊鏈行業安全監管
格隆匯11月28日丨任子行(300311.SZ)公佈，公司(“甲方”)擬以自有資金1000萬元向成都鏈安科技有限公司(“成都鏈安”)增資。增資完成後，公司將獲得成都鏈安5.39%股權。公司與成都鏈安創始人楊霞、郭文生、高子揚於2019年11月28日簽署了《成都鏈安科技有限公司投資協議》。
成都鏈安科技有限公司經營範圍：計算機技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術推廣、技術轉讓；軟件開發；計算機系統集成；基礎軟件服務；應用軟件服務；銷售：計算機軟硬件及輔助設備。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
成都鏈安系一家依據中國法律於成都設立並有效存續的有限責任公司，註冊資本為116.6352萬元人民幣；成都鏈安目前主要從事區塊鏈安全產品、服務和應用等相關業務，協議各方希望共同合作致力於公司上述業務。
甲方以現金形式向成都鏈安增資人民幣1000萬元，其中人民幣6.6485萬元為新增註冊資本，其餘人民幣993.3515萬元進入成都鏈安資本公積，獲得成都鏈安5.39%的股權。
隨着區塊鏈技術在各行各業應用的加速落地，預計區塊鏈相關的安全需求將持續增長。成都鏈安專注於區塊鏈生態安全，聚焦區塊鏈行業的安全合規領域，綜合運用智能合約自動形式化驗證方法、大數據和人工智能等技術，打造了“一站式”區塊鏈全生態安全防護服務平台，為監管部門和企業提供安全審計、資產追溯與隱私保護、威脅情報、安全防護、安全諮詢等全方位的安全服務與支持。
公司聚焦網絡空間數據治理，為工信部、公安等部門提供網絡安全產品和服務。此次投資是基於公司網絡安全行業整體戰略規劃以及自身發展需要，持續跟進前沿技術，在網絡安全新興領域的重要佈局。雙方合作有利於發揮各自優勢，積極推動區塊鏈行業的安全監管，促進公司整體戰略長期、持續、高效發展。
