東方通(300379.SZ)擬斥5000萬元入夥海淀上市公司協同創新基金
格隆匯11月28日丨東方通(300379.SZ)公佈，為促進公司長遠發展，充分藉助專業投資機構的專業資源及其投資管理優勢，完善在特定行業的戰略佈局，公司擬投資入夥海淀上市公司協同創新基金。該基金專注於投資軍民融合領域新一代信息技術等戰略新興產業，擁有雄厚的資金實力和產業資源，與公司發展戰略具有高度協同性和一致性。通過藉助國資背景專業投資平台優勢，有利於公司把握深入推進國防信息化建設以及軍民融合等國家戰略的機遇；有利於公司持續深化產業佈局，促進公司長期、健康、穩定發展。
公司於2019年11月28日召開第三屆董事會第三十二次會議，審議通過了《關於公司擬投資入夥海淀上市公司協同創新基金的議案》，同意公司作為有限合夥人以自有資金5000萬元人民幣，投資入夥海淀上市公司協同創新基金。此次投資入夥有利於公司藉助基金平台優勢，拓寬投資領域，進一步完善在特定行業的投資佈局，提高公司盈利水平和市場競爭力，符合公司可持續發展及穩定增長的需求。公司投資完成後所持份額將佔基金總規模的5.00%，資金來源為公司自有資金。
該合夥企業投資領域為：海淀區上市公司及其大股東或實際控制人已持有的資產(全國範圍)為投資標的，重點投資新一代信息技術、新材料產業企業等主導產業優質非上市企業、優質創新團隊等“雙優”科技項目。

此次投資入夥海淀上市公司協同創新基金有利於公司藉助基金平台優勢，拓寬投資領域，進一步完善在特定行業的投資佈局，提高公司盈利水平和市場競爭力，符合公司可持續發展及穩定增長的需求。此次投資的資金來源於公司自有資金，承擔有限風險，對公司的財務狀況、生產經營成果不構成重大影響，不存在損害公司及全體股東利益的情形。
