漢嘉設計(300746.SZ)子公司聯合體中標生活垃圾焚燒發電項目EPC工程總承包項目
格隆匯11月28日丨漢嘉設計(300746.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司杭州市城鄉建設設計院股份有限公司(“杭設股份”)於近日收到《建設工程中標通知書》，確定杭設股份、杭州新世紀能源環保工程股份有限公司(“新世紀能源”)、宇傑集團股份有限公司(“宇傑集團”)和杭州市環境集團有限公司(“環境集團”)聯合體為仙居縣生活垃圾焚燒發電項目EPC工程總承包項目的中標單位。
工程名稱：仙居縣生活垃圾焚燒發電項目EPC工程總承包；工程總承包費用約2.43億元。其中：工程勘察設計費486萬元；建築工程費(包括水電暖等安裝工程、地基處理工程和取水工程)8750萬元；設備購置費(包括設備成套技術服務費)1.15億元；安裝工程費3223萬元；整套啟動試運行費和生產準備費289萬元；工程建設檢測費(包括電力工程質量檢測費、特種設備安全監測費、環境監測驗收費、水土保持項目驗收及補償費、樁基檢測費)83萬元；另外：試運行服務綜合單價：￥169.20元/噸；委託運營服務綜合單價：￥188.00元/噸。項目規模：項目總投資31932萬元，廠址地塊佔地約60畝。日處理城
市生活垃圾600噸，配套2爐2機，分兩期建設。中標工期：400日曆天。
此次為EPC工程總承包模式。建設項目紅線範圍內所必須的全部生產及輔助建構築、設備設施、生產系統等的EPC設計採購施工總承包，包括紅線內所有項目的勘察、設計(方案設計、初步設計、施工圖設計、竣工圖編制等)、設備設施採購、工程施工、調試、試運行、驗收、委託運營2年、移交、性能測試、操作人員培訓和維修手冊編制等工作。具體內容以招標文件為準。
聯合體各成員單位內部的職責分工如下：杭設股份作為牽頭單位，主管項目的設計以及EPC全程管理；新世紀能源負責項目的設備供貨、安裝和調試以及主體工藝包的提供；宇傑集團負責項目的建設施工；環境集團負責項目的營運。
