阿里巴巴(9988.HK)收涨5.59% 市场期待纳入恒生指数和港股通
格隆汇11月28日丨上市三日连涨三日,阿里巴巴(9988.HK)尾盘涨幅进一步扩大,最高涨5.7%至204.2港元,最终收报204港元,涨5.59%,成交83.69亿港元,最新总市值4.36万亿港元。港股中央结算系统(CCASS)数据显示,截至11月27日,阿里巴巴流通股数达47.51亿股,远超公司原定在香港计划发行的5亿股。阿里巴巴(9988.HK)已获纳入恒生综合行业指数和恒生互联网科技业指数,12月9日起生效。至于何时纳入恒生指数,此前恒生指数公司行政总裁关永盛表示最快于今年底或明年初公布是否允许恒生指数纳入“第二上市”和“同股不同权”公司的咨询文件,并于2020年5月公布咨询结果。而对于进入港股通,有分析人士指出,根据相关要求阿里巴巴要上市183个交易日才能满足市值及成交金额的要求,最快也需要明年第3季度才有望进入。
