中國糧油控股(00606.HK)獲母企中糧集團旗下中糧集團(香港)提出以每股4.25元(較停牌前收市價有溢價34%,將公司私有化,若計及購股權行使,料涉資最高約91.68億元。聲明指,當前公司作為上市平台融資功能受限,私有化建議除有利於精簡公司管治、企業與股權架構及提升管理效益外,也有利於業務的長遠發展。
該股今天復牌高見4.07元,創近四年半高,現造4.06元,急漲28%,成交激增至2.67億股,為近幾年罕見,涉資10.8億元。
