格隆匯11月27日丨新鴻基地產(00016.HK)公佈,公司兩間全資附屬公司紀奧及信明以分權共有的形式,由紀奧持有503,513/4,571,740份數及信明持有4,068,227/4,571,740份數,投標由香港政府以招標形式授予的位於香港九龍連翔道與柯士甸道西交界的該土地。

於2019年11月27日,紀奧及信明接獲地政總署發出的該信件,通知其以土地金額港幣422.32億元就該土地作出的投標已被接納。

該土地位於香港九龍連翔道與柯士甸道西交界,及/或將於土地註冊處註冊為九龍內地段第11262號,土地面積約59,746平方米,樓面總面積上限294,000平方米,樓面總面積下限176,400平方米,年期50年。

公司稱,該土地位處西九龍區策略性位置及毗鄰高速鐵路香港西九龍站上蓋,透過中國高速鐵路網絡連接中國內地所有主要城市。除高速鐵路外,該土地亦直接連接三條鐵路幹線,包括港鐵西鐵綫、東涌綫及機場快綫,組成一個大灣區的交通樞紐。收購事項與集團在西九龍的環球貿易廣場(集合酒店、寫字樓及零售設施)的整體規模將進一步擴大,從而發揮極大協同效應。此項目媲美集團的國際金融中心發展項目,及將在香港打造另一個重要商業核心。集團有意邀請其他長線策略性投資者參與該土地的發展,以便匯合各方的專長、資源及優勢以進行這地標項目。
