雷柏科技(002577.SZ)擬增加經營範圍自有物業出租、物業管理
格隆匯11月26日丨雷柏科技(002577.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月25日召開的第四屆董事會第四次臨時會議、第四屆監事會第五次臨時會議審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍暨修訂
<公司章程>
議案》,根據現行有關法規、規範性文件及公司業務發展的需要，同意公司變更經營範圍，同時對《公司章程》相關內容進行修訂。
原經營範圍：一般經營項目是：機器人系統和計算機軟硬件及外圍設備、機器人與自動化裝備、自動化立體倉庫及倉儲物流設備、機械電子設備、無人搬運設備的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、批發、佣金代理(不含拍賣)、進出口及其它相關配套業務(不涉及國營貿易管理商品，涉及配額、許可證管理及其它專項規定管理的商品，按國家有關規定辦理申請)；軟件技術信息諮詢。(以上項目不涉及外商投資准入特別管理措施)，許可經營項目是：生產經營鼠標、鍵盤、工模具；從事電腦軟件開發；生產經營音頻產品及配件、電腦遊戲周邊產品；生產經營航空電子設備、智能遙控飛行裝置(不涉及外商投資准入特別管理措施)、户外運動電子設備、無線電數據傳輸系統及相關配套器件；機器人與自動化裝備、自動化立體倉庫及倉儲物流設備、機械電子設備、無人搬運設備、自動化系統與智能生產線研發、生產經營及上門安裝。(以上項目不涉及外商投資准入特別管理措施)。
變更後的經營範圍：一般經營項目是：機器人系統和計算機軟硬件及外圍設備、機器人與自動化裝備、自動化立體倉庫及倉儲物流設備、機械電子設備、無人搬運設備的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、批發、佣金代理（不含拍賣）、進出口及其它相關配套業務（不涉及國營貿易管理商品，涉及配額、許可證管理及其它專項規定管理的商品，按國家有關規定辦理申請）；軟件技術信息諮詢；自有物業出租、物業管理。（以上項目不涉及外商投資准入特別管理措施），許可經營項目是：生產經營鼠標、鍵盤、工模具；從事電腦軟件開發； 生產經營音頻產品及配件、電腦遊戲周邊產品；生產經營航空電子設備、智能遙控飛行裝置(不涉及外商投資准入特別管理措施)、户外運動電子設備、無線電數據傳輸系統及相關配套器件；機器人與自動化裝備、自動化立體倉庫及倉儲物流設備、機械電子設備、無人搬運設備、自動化系統與智能生產線研發、生產經營及上門安裝。(以上項目不涉及外商投資准入特別管理措施)。(具體經營範圍描述以企業登記機關核定為準)。
