將物色收購目標擴大大灣區份額 香港醫思醫療集團(02138.HK)中期醫療服務收入大增102.2%及中期息15港仙
格隆匯11月26日丨香港醫思醫療集團(02138.HK)公佈，截至2019年9月30日止6個月，公司收入11.18億港元，同比增長28.1%；期間溢利2.11億港元，同比增長4%；每股盈利20.1港仙，中期股息每股股份15.0港仙。
收入增長主要由於報告期間的活躍客户數量上升，導致醫療服務所產生的收入大幅增加所致。
於2019年9月30日，包括公司在香港的兩家旗艦店及在中國大陸的七家診所在內，公司共經營56家診所及服務中心，所佔樓面面積合共約287,000平方尺，在香港、中國大陸及澳門共有97名全職專屬註冊醫生，涉及19個醫療專科服務。
於報告期間，醫療服務貢獻的收入上升102.2%至324.0百萬港元。於2019年8月，集團完成收購於香港的兒科服務業務。隨着額外六名兒科及精神科專科註冊醫生加盟集團，於2019年8月，公司亦開始於朗豪坊旗艦店提供兒科服務。
於報告期間，治癒痛症服務貢獻的銷售額為87.1百萬港元，同比增加40.9%，而截至2016年3月31日止年度，收購前治癒痛症服務貢獻的未經審核總收入為37.3百萬港元。憑藉多元服務整合策略，該集團能夠深化現有客户的額外醫療及養生需求。各專科的客户總數持續迅速增長，增幅較活躍客户總數大，反映公司的多元服務整合策略具效益。
期間合共71,207名客户最少購買公司一項服務或產品（上年同期：45,179名）。公司繼續作為醫療專家的可靠夥伴。於2019年9月30日，公司有97名全職專屬註冊醫生、96名醫療專業人員、316名客户經理以及402名已接受培訓的治療師。
公司稱，療服務對個別人士而言為剛需。以醫療功效為基礎，公司承諾提供頂尖消費體驗。公司考慮並制定各種策略，以在科技快速發展及瞬息萬變的醫療保健環境中發展，並研究全球長期趨勢的發展。公司將透過物色潛在收購目標或通過大灣區的內生擴張擴大市場份額。公司正審慎物色收購目標以及探索與中國大陸當地機構（包括但不限於提供信譽優良的醫療服務及保健服務的人士、供應商及投資者）夥伴合作的機遇，使公司能於此一潛能無限的市場上持續發展。
