龍源技術(300105.SZ)簽訂1933萬美元Hwange電廠鍋爐(1-6號)等離子體點火系統設計、採購、生產、安裝及調試合約
格隆匯11月26日丨龍源技術(300105.SZ)公佈，公司於北京時間2019年11月25日在津巴布韋首都哈拉雷與津巴布韋電力公司(ZIMBABWE POWER COMPANY (PRIVATE)LIMITED，“ZPC公司”)簽訂了《Hwange電廠鍋爐(1-6號)等離子體點火系統設計、採購、生產、安裝及調試合約》(《THE ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, MANUFACTURE,INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF PLASMA IGNITIONCOMBUSTION SYSTEM FOR HWANGE THERMAL POWER STATIONBOILERS (UNIT 1-6)》)。合同金額1933萬美元，按照公告日USD1=RMB7.0363計算，上述合同金額摺合人民幣約1.36億元。
公司於北京時間2019年11月25日與津巴布韋電力公司簽訂了《Hwange電廠鍋爐(1-6號)等離子體點火系統設計、採購、生產、安裝及調試合約》，主要內容如下：
合同內容：就ZPC公司所屬Hwange電廠6台鍋爐進行等離子體點火改造及相關業務。合同內容包括項目融資協助、EPC(設計、供貨、安裝)、項目運維、人員培訓、零備件供應等一攬子服務。工程施工的進度計劃：根據電廠停爐計劃預計35個月內完成。
該項目是龍源技術依託自身技術優勢和海外市場優勢在非洲開發的第一個等離子體一體化項目，也是公司多年來開展“一帶一路”建設的豐碩成果。項該目涉及融資協助、EPC(設計、供貨、安裝)、項目運維、人員培訓、零備件供應等一攬子服務，環節複雜、範圍廣、綜合性強，對提高公司國際項目管理能力、增強國際品牌建設、進一步擴大海外業務具有重大意義。
該合同的履行對年度經營成果無影響。若合同順利實施，將對公司2020年至2022年的經營業績產生積極影響。該合同的簽署和履行對公司業務的獨立性無重大影響，公司主要業務不會因簽署和履行該合同對ZPC公司產生依賴。
