格隆匯11月26日丨東方環宇(603706.SH)公佈，公司於2019年11月26日召開第二屆董事會第十一次會議和第二屆監事會第十一次會議，審議通過了《關於增加經營範圍並修訂
<公司章程>
的議案》，具體情況如下：
根據公司實際經營需要及2018年9月30日中國證券監督管理委員會(“證監會”)修訂的《上市公司治理準則》、2018年10月26日全國人大常委會審議通過的《全國人民代表大會常務委員會關於修改
<中華人民共和國公司法>
的決定》、2019年4月17日證監會發布的《關於修改
<上市公司章程指引>
的決定》、2019年4月30日上海證券交易所《關於修改
<上海證券交易所股票上市規則>
的通知》的相關要求，為更好的規範上市公司的市場運作，保護投資者的合法權益，公司現行《公司章程》擬修訂如下：
修改前：第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：銷售石油液化氣及天然氣，車用燃氣氣瓶安裝(1級)(僅限分支機構經營)，危險貨物運輸(2類1項)銷售：化工產品(危險化學品除外)、建材、百貨、辦公用品、紡織服裝；家用燃氣用具的銷售及服務，燃氣器具維修；社會經濟諮詢服務，房屋租賃；風力發電；太陽能發電；其他電力生產；管道工程建築；管道運輸業；集裝箱道路運輸；城市配送；管道和設備安裝；能源礦產地質勘查；生活用燃料零售；代理銷售保險產品服務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。

修改前：第八十二條董事、監事候選人名單以提案的方式提請股東大會表決。
股東大會就選舉董事、監事進行表決時，根據本章程的規定或者股東大會的決議，可以實行累積投票制。
前款所稱累積投票制是指股東大會選舉董事或者監事時，每一股份擁有與應選董事或者監事人數相同的表決權，股東擁有的表決權可以集中使用。董事會應當向股東公告候選董事、監事的簡歷和基本情況。
修改後：第八十二條董事、監事候選人名單以提案的方式提請股東大會表決。
