期内,集团之投资物业估值变动前的经营溢利为2.46亿元,下跌约3.2%。该下跌主要是国际广场於本期间之租金收入较去年同期减少所致。
期内,投资物业估值亏损净额为5.76亿元,上年同期录得之估值亏损净额则为1,690万元。
