露笑科技(002617.SZ)與中科鋼研、國宏中宇簽署碳化硅項目戰略合作協議
格隆匯11月26日丨露笑科技(002617.SZ)公佈，公司與中科鋼研節能科技有限公司(“中科鋼研”)、國宏中宇科技發展有限公司(“國宏中宇”)於2019年11月26日簽署了《中科鋼研節能科技有限公司與國宏中宇科技發展有限公司與露笑科技股份有限公司碳化硅項目戰略合作協議》，協議期限為兩年，由中科鋼研主導工藝技術與設備研發工作，國宏中宇主導產業化項目建設、運營與市場銷售工作，露笑科技主導設備製造、項目投融資等工作並全程深入參與各項工作，通過各方的密切合作將碳化硅項目建設成為世界級的第三代半導體材料領軍企業，根據國宏中宇碳化硅產業化項目的近期發展規劃，露笑科技及(或)其控股企業將為國宏中宇主導的碳化硅產業化項目定製約200台碳化硅長晶爐，設備總採購金額約3億元。
三方同意共同合作，依託中科鋼研及國宏中宇在碳化硅晶體材料生長工藝技術方面已經取得的與持續產出的研發成果，結合露笑科技的真空晶體生長設備設計技術及豐富的裝備製造技術與經驗，共同研發適用於中科鋼研工藝技術要求的4英寸、6英寸、8英寸乃至更大尺寸級別的碳化硅長晶設備，目前首批2台套昇華法碳化硅長晶爐已經完成設備性能驗收交付使用，經過優化後的碳化硅長晶爐設備將應用於國宏中宇主導的碳化硅產業化項目中。
根據國宏中宇碳化硅產業化項目的近期發展規劃，露笑科技及(或)其控股企業將於2020年前為國宏中宇主導的碳化硅產業化項目定製約200台碳化硅長晶爐，設備總採購金額約3億元。
三方同意共同合作，基於中科鋼研及國宏中宇在碳化硅襯底片加工、清洗及檢測方面已經取得的與持續產出的研發成果，結合露笑科技在藍寶石襯底片加工方面的技術積累、產業化生產裝備運維經驗、產品品質管理與生產組織經驗，共同建設碳化硅襯底片加工中心。該加工中心定位於應用最新一代碳化硅襯底片加工技術，主要面對及滿足國內外快速增長的6英寸及以上尺寸級別的碳化硅襯底片加工需求，不斷提升的襯底片質量與成品率水平。
為了適應5G通訊市場對於高性能、高頻HE MT器件需求的快速增長，中科鋼研、國宏中宇已經開始高純半絕緣型碳化硅材料研發並取得了積極進展，結合露笑科技的真空設備設計與製造經驗，三方將密切合作在高純半絕緣型碳化硅長晶爐、高純半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片加工製造、基於高純半絕緣型碳化硅襯底片的氮化鎵外延片製造等方面開展深入合作，以儘快成為5G通訊行業核心關鍵材料的主要供貨企業。
露笑科技將通過自身業務需求與現有渠道為國宏中宇產業化項目生產的碳化硅襯底片提供市場拓展、產品應用等方面的業務與技術支持。
基於三方在碳化硅領域的深度合作，露笑科技將在項目投融資等方面進一步與國宏中宇密切合作，支持國宏中宇碳化硅產業化項目的快速健康發展。
