長園集團(600525.SH)收到6.03億元出售長園南京部分資產全部價款
格隆匯11月25日丨長園集團(600525.SH)公佈,公司擬以總價款6.03億元人民幣向南京江寧經濟技術開發總公司(以下簡稱“江寧開發公司”)轉讓子公司長園(南京)智能電網設備有限公司(以下簡稱“長園南京”)所有的辦公樓、附屬設施及土地使用權,包含178.39畝的國有建設用地使用權和88,112.09㎡辦公樓的房屋所有權、約5000㎡連廊所有權以及其它附屬設施的產權。
2019年11月25日,長園南京收到本次交易剩餘款項3.02億元。截至目前,長園南京已收到本次資產交易的全部價款即6.03億元。
