中國置業投資(00736.HK)擬按“40並1”進行股份合併
格隆匯11月25日丨中國置業投資(00736.HK)發佈公告,公司建議透過將40股公司現有股本中每股面值0.01港元已發行及未發行股份合併為1股每股面值0.40港元的合併股份而實施股份合併。股份合併須待股東於股東特別大會上批准後,方可作實。
公告表示,根據上市規則第13.64條,倘發行人證券之市價接近0.01港元或9995.00港元的界限,發行人可能須更改買賣方式或將其證券合併或分拆。監於股份的近期成交價,董事認為,股份合併可令公司遵守上市規則的買賣規定。
