邁克生物(300463.SZ)擬投建邁克生物IVD天府產業園 項目總投資不低於13.8億元
格隆匯11月25日丨邁克生物(300463.SZ)公佈，公司與成都天府國際生物城管理委員會於2019年11月25日簽署了投資合作協議，公司擬取得成都天府國際生物城(“國際生物城”)86畝用地，並在國際生物城設立全資獨立法人企業(“項目公司”)，投資建設邁克生物IVD天府產業園項目(“項目”)，項目總投資不低於13.8億元。
項目名稱為邁克生物IVD天府產業園項目；項目內容：投資建設邁克生物IVD天府產業園項目，包含體外診斷血球產品、清潔液產品兩個子項目，其中體外診斷血球產品項目從事體外診斷產品中血球產品的研發及生產業務，建設F560、F580、F800等高端全自動血細胞分析儀配套血球試劑生產線，工藝用水生產線，10噸和20噸自動化配液生產線等；清潔液產品項目從事各產品平台清潔液的研發及生產業務，建設清潔液產品生產線。同時，兩項子項目還將建設智能留樣車間，原料、半成品冷藏冷凍庫等，力爭建成為國內最具專業性、規模化和建築風格的一流體外診斷產品產業園區。項目位於成都天府國際生物城；項目總用地約86畝，總建築面積不低於11.83萬平方米(項目用地容積率不小於2.0，建築密度不低於40%)。項目總投資不低於13.8億元人民幣，其中固定資產投資不低於11億元人民幣，研發投資約2億元人民幣。資源來源為公司自有資金及其他融資。
項目公司指標如下：
員工規模：自項目投產之日起第1-5年，項目公司預計員工規模每年累計分別不低於80人、120人、150人、180人、220人。
研發投入：自項目投產之日起第1-5年，項目公司年科技研發投入費用佔年營業收入比重不低於5%。
經濟效益：自項目投產之日起第1-5年，項目公司營業收入每年分別不低於2.05億元人民幣、3.06億元人民幣、3.68億元人民幣、4.41億元人民幣、5.29億元人民幣；年繳納企業所得税、增值税之和分別不低於2200萬元人民幣、3600萬元人民幣、5200萬元人民幣、6000萬元人民幣、7200萬元人民幣。
成都天府國際生物城作為構建成都市生物產業發展的主陣地，將集成高新區產業、創新、人才、金融等政策優勢，其產業定位和發展規劃有利於公司長期發展。此次投資將有助於推動公司在體外診斷技術創新和產品製造能力方面的國際化進程，產業園項目的建成也將進一步優化公司產能佈局，提升公司在行業內的領先地位和核心競爭力，對公司具有積極的戰略意義。項目建設週期較長，不會對公司當前的財務狀況和經營成果產生重大影響。
