芯成科技(00365.HK)：強強聯手，互利共贏 攜手打造新一代半導體智能裝備綜合服務平台
格隆匯獲悉，芯成科技(00365.HK)於2019年11月25日召開股東大會，批准公司中文名稱由“紫光科技(控股)有限公司”變更為“芯成科技控股有限公司”，英文名稱由“Unisplendour Technology (Holdings) Limited”變更為“Sino ICT Holdings Limited”。
芯成科技控股有限公司前身為日東科技(控股)有限公司，成立於1984年，並於2000年在香港聯交所上市，是大中華地區最早開展SMT裝備製造業務的企業之一。公司於2016年加入清華紫光集團，作為紫光在海外的主要投融資及資本運作平台，紮根香港，面向全球。
新老股東攜手，開創產業金融新紀元
根據公司2019年9月17日公告，公司新晉股東香港芯鼎有限公司(“芯鼎”)以約10億港元收購紫光集團所持有的公司67.82%股份，成為公司控股股東。根據公開信息查詢，芯鼎公司控股股東為上海青芯企業管理諮詢有限公司，其股東為中青芯鑫資產管理有限責任公司、上海半導體裝備材料產業投資基金和河南戰興產業投資基金。
據悉，中青芯鑫成立於2016年，由芯鑫租賃有限責任公司、紫光集團旗下的中青信投有限責任公司聯合新怡和集團共同發起設立，是聚焦於集成電路、半導體及戰略新興產業的綜合金融服務平台。中青芯鑫當前管理資產規模約150億元人民幣，發起設立並參與管理上海半導體裝備材料產業投資基金、超越摩爾產業投資基金、河南戰興產業投資基金等多支產業投資基金，業績斐然。通過查詢境內外財經及行業媒體的報道得知，中青芯鑫曾主導及參與了多起半導體行業海外併購，得到了社會各界的一致肯定。
由此可見，公司的新晉股東具有深厚的產業投資和金融服務背景。公司高管亦表示對上市公司拓展半導體裝備領域業務充滿信心。融資租賃和設備製造企業具有高度的協同性，公司旨在通過綜合金融支持智能裝備企業的方式，打造綜合性半導體智能裝備服務平台，構建產業鏈，打破國產裝備公司銷售難、融資難的困境，助力行業跨越式發展。
