捷捷微電(300623.SZ)擬斥1800萬元設立控股子公司 着力攻克MOSFET SGT等關鍵核心技術
格隆匯11月25日丨捷捷微電(300623.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月25日召開公司第三屆董事會第二十三次會議，審議通過了《關於擬設立控股子公司的議案》，同意公司以自有資金在上海臨港新片區設立控股子公司，公司與上海芯馬信息科技合夥企業(有限合夥)(“芯馬信息”)、南通捷成信息科技合夥企業(有限合夥)(“捷成信息”)三方共同出資人民幣2000萬元成立“捷捷微電(上海)科技有限公司”(“捷捷上海”，最終名稱以工商登記為準)。其中，公司出資人民幣1800萬元，佔捷捷上海註冊資本的90%；芯馬信息出資人民幣150萬元，佔捷捷上海註冊資本的7.5%；捷成信息出資人民幣50萬元，佔捷捷上海註冊資本的2.5%。
捷捷微電(上海)科技有限公司經營範圍：智能科技、半導體科技、電子科技領域內的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓；人工智能硬件，智能機器人；電子產品、電子元器件、儀器儀表、汽車配件的銷售；從事貨物及技術的進出口業務（國家限定企業經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外）。
為了進一步優化產業鏈、完善公司戰略佈局以及強化競爭優勢，根據戰略規劃和經營發展需要，公司致力於開拓功率半導體器件應用市場，進一步增厚國產功率半導體器件進口替代空間，提升企業活力，建立一支人才不斷層的階梯隊伍，獲得人才競爭優勢，提高企業核心競爭力。
此次設立控股子公司，創始團隊由來自業界國際知名半導體公司的核心研發和管理人員組成，將堅守品質、持續創新，充分發揮技術和經驗優勢，把低功耗、節能環保和高頻高效功率器件作為技術創新的突破目標，着力攻克 MOSFET SGT等關鍵核心技術，助力整個捷捷微電平台的技術和產業創新發展。產品應用端將努力抓住替代進口存量市場，並深入5G、汽車電子、光伏、物聯網、工業控制和智能電子化等新需求。
