格隆匯11月25日丨輕紡城(600790.SH)公佈,公司參股的浙商銀行股份有限公司(以下簡稱:浙商銀行)首次公開發行A股於2019年11月26日在上海證券交易所上市交易,股票代碼為:601916。
公司持有浙商銀行股份約4.5782億股,佔其發行前總股本的2.45%。浙商銀行此次公開發行A股完成後,總股本為21,268,696,778股,公司佔其發行後總股本的2.15%。公司持有的該部分股權自浙商銀行上市之日起一年內不得轉讓。
