港股異動 | 兆邦基地產漲逾4% 料中期純利錄得顯著上升 本週五將發財報
格隆匯11月25日丨兆邦基地產(1660.HK)現報1.36港元,漲4.62%,暫成交4086萬港元,最新總市值84.3億港元。兆邦基地產上週五(22日)盤後發公告稱,預期於截至今年9月30日止六個月公司權益持有人應占溢利將錄得顯著上升以及盈利總額不少於約2400萬港元,較去年同期增加不少於約87.5%。利潤增加主要是由於集團在中國的物業管理服務穩定增長,加上集團於2018年10月新開始發展租賃及轉租業務,令收入有顯著增長。據悉,兆邦基地產將於本週五(29日)發佈財報,去年同期公佈的截至2018年9月30日中期業績顯示,期內收益同比增長9.2%至7758萬港元;純利同比減少19.6%至1280萬港元;每股收益1.03港仙。
