AH股票齊飆，王石攤上事了？網友稱其涉嫌違規

11月25日消息，今日萬科AH股集體上漲，截止發稿，A股漲4.78%，報28.3元，最新市值3198.5億元；H 股漲4.19%，報29.85港元，市值3373.69億港元。

消息面上，11月23日王石在新書《我的改變：個人的現代化40年》分享會上談及萬科業績，王石表示，還有兩個月，萬科的年報就要出來了。2019年大家都覺得是經濟上不好過，尤其是房地產更不好過。“我已經離開兩年了，只能這樣説，到時候看看萬科的年報，根據我掌握的信息，公佈的年報非常好”。
根據萬科A此前披露的三季報來看，其業績的確值得期待：今年前三季度，萬科實現營收2239.15億元，同比增長27.21%；歸屬母公司股東的淨利潤為182.41億元，同比增長30.43%。
不過對於王石所稱“萬科年報非常好”，有網友認為此舉或涉嫌違規。
實際上，自2017年6月30日辭去萬科董事會主席，王石離開萬科已經兩年多了。作為名譽主席，王石並非萬科之董事、監事或高級管理人員，不參與公司治理。
有律師認為，王石獲取信息的途徑也應當是上市公司公告，提前透露業績，確實表明，上市公司內部有人涉嫌泄露內幕信息。
再減持萬科A 寶能系持股已降至10%
此次萬科A股價大漲之前，寶能系再減持萬科A股份。11月22日晚，萬科A發佈公告，公司收到信息披露義務人深圳市鉅盛華股份有限公司、前海人壽保險股份有限公司的《簡式權益變動報告書》。
2018年9月19日至2019年11月22日，因鉅盛華作為委託人的資產管理計劃寶祿1號通過大宗交易方式減持、信息披露義務人通過深交所證券交易系統集中競價交易方式減持以及萬科總股本變動導致信息披露義務人持股比例被動稀釋等原因，鉅盛華及其一致行動人持有的萬科A股股份累計變動比例為5%。
鉅盛華及其一致行動人前海人壽，為寶能所控制。根據公告，此次權益變動後，鉅盛華持有萬科4.5億股，佔當前總股本的3.98%；前海人壽持有6.8億股，佔比6.02%。二者相加即為寶能所控制的萬科股份，合計為10%。寶能仍為萬科的第二大股東，持股比例僅次於深圳地鐵。
