中原銀行(01216.HK):主要股東河南投股權架構變動
中原銀行(01216.HK)公布,該行於近日收到河南投資發出的告知函,依據河南省政府有關批准文件,授權河南省財政廳對河南投資履行出資人職責,河南省發展和改革委員會不再履行相關職責。
河南投資為該行之主要股東,目前持有該行14.07億股內資股,佔已發行總股本之概約7.01%。在河南省發展和改革委員會依據有關安排將其持有的河南投資100%股權無償劃轉予河南省財政廳後,河南省財政廳將全資擁有河南投資。
