長虹美菱(000521.SZ)董事會審議通過若干向銀行申請貸款或授信的議案
格隆匯11月22日丨長虹美菱(000521.SZ)公佈，公司第九屆董事會第三十次會議召開，審議通過《關於公司向中國進出口銀行安徽省分行申請2億元貸款的議案》；
根據公司經營發展及融資授信工作需要，同意公司向中國進出口銀行安徽省分行申請人民幣2億元貸款，貸款期限為十年，採用資產抵押的擔保方式。本次貸款將以公司部分土地資產及部分房產進行融資抵押，即將公司位於經濟技術開發區蓮花路東、卧雲路北的國有出讓土地使用權(土地面積為477,550平方米；土地性質為工業用地)和公司位於新港工業園雲谷路1288號的工業房地產(建築面積86,087.65平方米)進行抵押。安徽中安房地產評估諮詢有限公司出具了皖中安(合)評(2019)字第3401004419號、皖中安(合)評(2019)字第3401004286號房地產抵押估價報告，以2019年8月7日為評估基準日，前述資產經評估價值合計為38,641.81萬元。
審議通過《關於公司向大華銀行(中國)有限公司成都分行申請1.18億美元最高授信額度的議案》；
根據公司經營發展及融資授信工作需要，同意公司向大華銀行(中國)有限公司成都分行申請1.18億美元最高授信額度，授信期限一年，授信品種包括貿易融資、流動資金貸款、外匯交易額度等，其中貿易融資額度2300萬美元、遠期和期權額度7000萬美元、貨幣掉期額度2500萬美元，採用信用擔保方式。
審議通過《關於公司向九江銀行股份有限公司肥西支行申請5億元人民幣最高授信額度的議案》；
根據公司經營發展及融資授信工作需要，同意公司向九江銀行股份有限公司肥西支行申請5億元人民幣最高授信額度，授信期限一年，授信品種包括銀行承兑匯票、貿易融資、保函、國內信用證等，採用信用擔保方式。
審議通過《關於公司向華僑永亨銀行(中國)有限公司成都分行申請7500萬元人民幣最高授信額度的議案》；
根據公司經營發展及融資授信工作需要，同意公司向華僑永亨銀行(中國)有限公司成都分行申請7500萬元人民幣最高授信額度，授信期限一年，授信品種包括銀行承兑匯票、循環信用額度、外匯遠期、外匯掉期和外匯期權等，採用信用擔保方式。
