农产品(000061.SZ):20亿元中期票据获准注册
格隆汇11月22日丨农产品(000061.SZ)公布,中国银行间市场交易商协会于2019年11月8日召开了2019年第78次注册会议,同意接受公司中期票据的注册,并已出具《接受注册通知书》(中市协注〔2019〕MTN730号),此次中期票据的注册金额为20亿元,注册额度自《接受注册通知书》落款之日(2019年11月19日)起2年内有效,由招商银行股份有限公司和国家开发银行联席主承销。公司在注册有效期内可分期发行中期票据,接受注册后如需备案发行,应事前先向交易商协会备案。
