湖北廣電(000665.SZ)與中國信科集團簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯11月22日丨湖北廣電(000665.SZ)公佈，2019年11月22日，公司(“甲方”)與中國信息通信科技集團有限公司(“中國信科集團”或“乙方”)簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，雙方本着互利互信、協同互補、自願平等、依法合規、共同發展的合作宗旨和原則，發揮各自優勢，共同在智慧廣電建設、運營管理等領域開展合作，構建優勢互補、合作共贏的合作關係，共同推進企業可持續發展、高質量發展。本戰略合作框架協議有效期為3年，自雙方法定代表人或授權代表簽字蓋章之日起生效。協議的主要內容如下：
1、通信基礎網絡建設
藉助乙方的研發、規劃、實施和產業化能力，支持甲方通信基礎網絡，為甲方建設智慧廣電奠定堅實的基礎。同時順應發展5G趨勢，為甲方提供5G網絡規劃、硬件產品、網絡建設、平台運維等解決方案。
2、信息通信技術應用方案和產品合作
發揮乙方在基礎設施層(IaaS)、大數據分析、5G行業端到端解決方案、雲平台(PaaS)、智慧園區解決方案及部分應用的研發應用和產業化能力，結合甲方在行業應用的研發、產品等方面的能力，加強信息通信技術基礎設施軟硬件、平台及應用層面的開發、迭代及市場推廣等方面的合作，同時雙方在雲化數據中心建設的全生命週期進行戰略合作。
3、智能產品開發
雙方在物聯網終端、智慧家庭終端等產品的聯合開發、推廣和應用方面展開合作。
4、集團客户項目合作
甲方發揮乙方在平安城市、雪亮工程、智慧社區及智慧旅遊等政府信息化領域的解決方案及業務應用的研發和產業化能力，結合在行業信息化領域的市場和管網資源優勢，共同推進相關集團客户項目的開發。
5、文化交流
雙方定期就國有企業黨建、文化建設、員工激勵、企業經營管理等方面進行交流，推動企業可持續性發展。
該戰略合作框架協議的簽署及實施，有利於保持湖北廣電在信息通信網絡方面的領先性，為公司在“5G+AR”、“5G+4K”領域的新技術成果與產品提供有力的技術支撐。通過此次合作，公司持續發揮在“智慧城市”、“智慧家庭”、“智慧行業”等信息化建設領域的優勢，進一步促進湖北廣電向綜合信息服務提供商的轉型升級。
