港A兩地水泥股接連走強 中國建材漲逾4%海螺水泥A股再創新高
格隆匯11月22日丨港A兩地水泥股接連走強,中國建材漲4.4%;海螺水泥A股漲逾2%,股價再創新高,H股同樣超2%;華新水泥、冀東水泥等跟漲。消息面上,水泥價格近來水漲船高,上週全國水泥市場價格環比上漲1.9%,其中河南地區上漲頻次和幅度最大,累計漲幅超過100元/噸。國盛證券表示,長期來看,水泥需求仍處於高位平台期,供給側改革推動水泥行業集中度繼續提升,產能利用率維持高位,盈利中樞較過去抬升而波動性下降,高ROE、高現金流和高分紅價值屬性凸顯,水泥股估值水平將得到提升。西南證券指,水泥行業高景氣仍將持續,這主要基於兩方面原因:一是在基建復甦、地產保持韌性的背景下,需求端預計將繼續保持平穩;二是環保監管常態化,行業集中度上升,落後產能出清,能夠減少有效供給。
