《復牌公告》雅高控股(03313.HK)股價急跌 主要股東被強制出售1.5億股
雅高控股(03313.HK)公布,主要股東宏勝國際表示,因股價急跌引致若干證券經紀於上交易日(21日)按照保證金融資安排進行強制出售,於市場上出售宏勝所持1.5億股,佔公司股本4.87%。完成後,宏勝於公司持股已降至12.46%。
此外,經作出查詢及向MSCI網站核實後,公司股份將不獲入選為MSCI中國全股票指數,與先前有所不同。
該股上交易日急跌97.9%後中途停牌。公司股份申請周五(22日)恢復買賣。
