中電環保(300172.SZ)：南京分佈式智慧水體淨化島項目(6萬噸/天)通過驗收並投運
格隆匯11月21日丨中電環保(300172.SZ)公佈，2019年6月4日，公司參與的南京江寧開發區水質淨化應急處理項目的公開招標結果公示，公司為項目包一的中標供應商。2019年6月16日，公司收到了南京市公共資源交易中心江寧分中心發出的《中標通知書》，確認公司為南京分佈式智慧水體淨化島項目(“該項目”、“項目”)中標單位；同時，公司四屆十五次董事會審議通過了《關於投資建設南京分佈式智慧水體淨化島項目的議案》。2019年6月28日，公司與南京江寧經濟技術開發區管理委員會(“南京江寧開發區”)簽署了該項目合同(合同額約2.36億)。
近日，由南京江寧開發區組織專家及相關職能部門對該項目進行驗收，驗收結論為：項目主體設施滿足合同中相關要求，設備運行正常，出水水質達到相應標準，項目主體設施通過驗收並正式投運。
該項目處理污水為截污水，規模為6萬噸/天。項目採用公司自主研發的“懸浮牀”及“三相增強”生物膜反應器等核心技術，運用污水模塊化裝置(CBS)，公司負責投資、設計、建設和運維等。項目特點有：裝備模塊化，佈置靈活，工期短；出水品質高(達到地表IV類)；水質和水量由第三方在線監測及監控，智能化運行；公司對系統出水負責，政府對排污口管理。公司發揮核心技術與模塊化裝備、工程建設、項目管理及本地化服務優勢，按期完成工程實施任務。項目建成後有助於提升牛首山河支流水質，為七橋甕國考斷面水質達標提供保障。
