德方納米(300769.SZ)與LiFePO4+C LICENSING AG簽署專利轉授許可協議
格隆匯11月21日丨德方納米(300769.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月19日與LiFePO4+C LICENSING AG(“許可方”)簽署《PATENT SUBLICENSE AGREEMENT》(專利轉授許可協議)，根據協議規定的條款和條件，LiFePO4+C LICENSING AG授予公司碳包覆磷酸鐵鋰及其製造工藝專利權以及NTT(日本電報電話公司，其擁有“非水系電解液二次電池”的專利權)專利權的全球非獨家許可。協議的期限為自2019年10月1日起至構成許可專利權組成部分的專利權的最後一個屆滿期限止。
LiFePO4+C LICENSING AG是Hydro-Québec(魁北克水電公司)、The Université de Montréal(蒙特利爾大學)、The Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique(法國國家科學研究中心)專利權所有人授權的許可機構，擁有製造、銷售和使用許可產品的全球許可權利及向第三方授予特定應用領域許可專利權的有限權利。
許可協議的主要內容：
1、對碳包覆磷酸鐵鋰及其製造工藝專利權的許可。根據協議規定的條款和條件，許可方特此授予被許可方上述專利權的全球非獨家許可，以開發、製造、使用、銷售磷酸鐵鋰材料(包括出口)。
2、對NTT專利權的許可。許可方特此授予被許可方NTT(日本電報電話公司，其擁有“非水系電解液二次電池”的專利權)專利權的非排他許可。
3、許可方聲明其有權根據協議條款對許可專利權進行再許可。
4、考慮到許可方自生效日期起授予的權利，被許可方應對許可方負責，並按照約定支付相關費用。
5、協議自2019年10月1日起生效，至構成許可專利權組成部分的專利權的最後一個屆滿期限止。
