大摩:維持新地(0016.HK)“增持”評級 目標價132港元
摩根士丹利發表報告,認為香港住宅市場持續低迷,即使上月政府提出放寬按保帶動了二手交投量,但面對目前社會動盪,投資者採取觀望態度。報告補充,新地(0016.HK)
持續在香港及內地主要城市新增土地儲蓄,香港最近的土地招標競爭較少。該行引述新地表示,以短期內香港
供應有限的前提下,新地對住宅市場仍有信心。
該行又指,7至9月新地旗下商場零售表現,與市場一致,但相信隨社區消費上升,帶動旗下社區商場收入從而有所彌補;至於中環寫字樓方面,即使內地公司需求下降,但在供應有限下,預期租務表現穩定。該行維持新地“

”評級,目標價為132港元。
