雅仕維(1993.HK)一度暴漲106%創歷史新高 獲螞蟻金服入股及擬分拆業務上市
格隆匯11月21日丨雅仕維(1993.HK)盤中一度暴漲106.39%至9.7港元,創歷史新高,目前漲幅收窄至38.3%,報6.5港元,暫成交278.15萬港元,最新總市值28.6億港元。公司昨晚發公告稱,向獨立第三方螞蟻金服配售3567.56萬股新股,相當於擴大後股本7.5%;每股作價4.1港元,較上交易日收報折讓12.77%。所得淨額1.43億元,擬用作旗下中國及新加坡項目以及一般營運資金。同時,公司現正考慮可能將在東南亞、香港和澳門的業務分拆及於一間認可證券交易所獨立上市。另外,公司昨日還發公告稱,分別與九巴及龍運巴士訂立特許協議,獲授予獨家權利、特許及授權,以營銷在或以廣告空間裝設、展示及維持廣告,初始期均為48個月,期間涉及總特許費約7.98億元及806萬元。
