中国卓银(08039.HK)料呈请聆讯2020年1月15日举行
格隆汇11月20日丨中国卓银(08039.HK)公告,于2019年11月19日,董事会接获莫云峰(第一呈请人)及郑兰(第二呈请人)(统称呈请人)于2019年11月18日根据第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例于香港特别行政区高等法院提出对本公司进行清盘呈请。
呈请乃因本公司未能结付指称债务(另加利息)总额526.99万港元而提出。呈请人指称本公司已资不抵债且无法支付判定债务,故对本公司进行清盘属公正且公平。预计呈请聆讯将于2020年1月15日举行。
