鴻博股份(002229.SZ)與柬埔寨金象公司獨家合作 基於區塊鏈技術的彩票產品及應用等
格隆匯11月20日丨鴻博股份(002229.SZ)公佈，為推動柬埔寨彩票業發展，公司與柬埔寨金象有限公司(“金象公司”)簽署戰略合作協議，擬在區塊鏈彩票技術應用、彩票遊戲設計及印刷服務、彩票系統開發、彩票硬件開發等領域展開深入合作。協議主要內容如下：
1.雙方獨家合作基於區塊鏈技術的彩票產品及應用
雙方認為，基於柬埔寨及東南亞彩票發展現狀，利用區塊鏈技術發行即開型紙質彩票、電子彩票，或利用區塊鏈技術改造、升級彩票發行銷售管理系統，將有助於提升彩票在發行、銷售、開獎、兑獎環節中的公開性和可追溯性。為此，雙方將共同研究基於區塊鏈技術的彩票產品及應用，雙方互為區塊鏈彩票在東南亞市場的獨家合作伙伴。
鴻博股份建議應基於鴻博股份在即開票市場的領先優勢及金象公司在柬埔寨市場的即開票運營經驗，推出首款區塊鏈即開型紙質彩票遊戲，推動即開型彩票遊戲的升級。基於此，雙方進一步探討區塊鏈於彩票系統、互聯網銷售等領域的應用。
2.彩票全產業鏈戰略合作
雙方認為，鴻博股份在中國彩票市場深耕近二十年，具有強大的彩票印製服務能力、先進的互聯網及移動彩票服務能力和彩票運營經驗，金象公司作為柬埔寨領先的彩票發行商，擁有豐富的運營經驗。雙方在柬埔寨及東南亞彩票市場，就彩票發行、設計、印刷、設備等全產業鏈服務達成戰略合作，為金象公司客户提供更好的產品與服務體驗。
金象公司是由香港JIN CAI INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED公司投資並全資控股，獲得柬埔寨政府頒發了合法彩票經營牌照的柬埔寨落地公司。作為柬埔寨領先的彩票發行商，擁有豐富的市場運營經驗以及成熟的運營團隊和銷售網絡。此次合作是公司與上海哈世科技有限公司簽署區塊鏈技術開發相關領域戰略合作以後，公司達成的首個區塊鏈彩票落地合作項目。但因區塊鏈業務的盈利模式尚不成熟，公司預計該項目對公司2019年度業績不產生重大影響。
