深圳控股(00604.HK)1-10月總合同銷售額79.11億元 同比增長13%

格隆匯11月20日丨深圳控股(00604.HK)公佈,10月集團合同銷售額約為人民幣2.75億元,較上個月下降約41.7%,較去年同期下降78.6%,合同銷售面積約為17,465平方米,較上個月下降約26.6%,較去年同期下降58.1%。今年1-10月,集團總合同銷售額約人民幣79.11億元,較去年同期上漲13.0%,總合同銷售面積約320,176平方米,較去年同期下降13.8%,每平方米平均售價約為人民幣24,709元。

2019年10月30日,集團旗下深圳明星項目——深業中城(一期)住宅項目開盤。此次開盤共推售192套單位,經過約8小時的選房,項目完美售罄,銷售金額約49.7億人民幣。該部分已認購未簽約款項將在近期陸續轉為合同銷售。

集團在獲取土地資源方面亦獲佳績。繼2019年9月份公開競得東莞松山湖商住地塊,集團於2019年11月13日以12.3億元人民幣成功競得南京2019G77住宅地塊。項目位於南京核心區域河西板塊,緊鄰河西南部CBD——魚嘴國際商務區,該區將打造為南京未來新城市中心,規劃定位高。項目佔地面積為1.75萬平方米,計容建築面積為4.36萬平方米,其中擬規劃住宅部分為3.83萬平方米。

近期,集團通過自有用地擴建提容獲得深圳市龍崗區阪田街道地塊。項目為新型產業用地,位於阪雪崗片區,是深圳北拓和東進起點雙重疊加區域,區域位置優越,交通規劃良好,產業氛圍濃厚。項目佔地面積為8,437平方米,總建築面積為52,341平方米。

深圳控股協同母公司深業集團與萬科集團簽訂戰略合作框架協議,約定雙方將建立和鞏固戰略合作關係,重點推動在深圳市及周邊地區土地獲取、項目開發、城市更新、土地整備利益統籌、產業驅動及運營等領域的合作。深圳控股將繼續堅定不移聚焦粵港澳大灣區,深耕深圳,積極參與先行示範區建設,逐漸實現由"房地產開發商"向"城市建設運營服務商"的戰略升級,實現有品質、可持續的穩健發展,為股東持續創造豐厚的回報。
